1. Scope of Services

NEXTMILE ROADLINES PRIVATE LIMITED arranges commercial road transport for goods using our own vehicles and, where required, coordinated partner vehicles. A booking is confirmed only after the vehicle, rate, and pickup schedule have been agreed between both sides.

2. Quotations

Rates are quoted based on the details shared at the time of enquiry — route, vehicle type, weight, and timeline. If these details change materially, the rate may be revised after informing you.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate details of goods, weight, and pickup/delivery points
• Ensuring goods are safely packed and legal to transport
• Arranging safe and timely loading and unloading
• Declaring high-value, fragile, or special-handling goods in advance

4. Prohibited Goods

We do not transport illegal, hazardous, or unlabelled restricted goods. The customer remains responsible for the legality of consigned goods.

5. Delays

Estimated transit times are shared in good faith. Weather, traffic, regulatory checks, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. We keep you informed when such situations arise.

6. Vehicle Availability

Vehicle availability and load capacity may vary by route, season, and operating requirements. In the event a chosen vehicle is unavailable, we will offer the closest suitable alternative with your confirmation.

7. Damage and Claims

Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery with supporting records. Claims are assessed on the basis of the documentation available and industry practice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the office arranging the transport is located.
